Have 3 weigh ins before then, so I think this is a really good opportunity for me to knuckle down and get some weight off! I think 2lbs or so a week for the next 3 weeks is a good target to work towards :D

I've come to the conclusion that after a couple of days off plan (I've had several recently!) all you need is one good day, sticking to it 100% to get yourself back on track! After a few bad days I always tell myself that if I can just make it through 1 day then I will be able to get back on plan. Does that make any sense? Just force yourself through 1 day being good and the motivation will soon come back :) x

Had a small chocolate binge this afternoon, but definitely managed to stop myself before I did any serious damage, and kept a count of the syns as well which has never happened before! Determined to stay on plan at work, I'm going to take some drinks and maybe some grapes to snack on later when we're closing up! I WILL HAVE A LOSS THIS WEEK!! :D

Ya, that definitely makes sense, it kind of breaks the cycle of eating crap! I hope it works for me, cause I'm on track to be 100% today! :)

Well done on all the exercise!! :)
