Getting to goal :)

Aw thanks welsh :) yup Dee is a true friend and so supportive and defo the girl to follow on how to do it right!

Foots going to take time but at least I can go cycling so all isn't lost. Thanks for the encouragement it's always nice to know others have lost what I need in similar time frames ;)

Keep up the good work x x x

Can't believe I've passed up a meal out last night and at BBQ today and am still 100% having made my lunch before I came x x x

Feeling really bloated today :( have had to resort to dulcolax :( hope that fixes things x x x

Well its been a lovely bank holiday weekend all in all. Yesterday I had to go and see my Great Aunt whose very ill in hospital....bless my OH as soon as I'd said she was poorly he was saying we'll drive up to see her. Its a 3hrs drive if traffic allows... yesterday was a breeze on all roads to get there and back! I hadn't been able to drink as much water over the weekend with being out so much so had taken dulcolax the night before to help things!!! OMG coming home I had the worst bloated stomach and seriously looked about 8months gone, and cramping stomach pains which literally took my breath away!

Sparing all the gross details this morning I'm feeling a LOT better and have lost 4inches off my Tummy :D since I started measuring this half a week ago ~lol~ was getting so focused on the scales i'd forgotten about the non scale victories! And that was a HUGE victory as the dress is going to fit a lot better with the inches melting away as well.

I decided to weigh myself this morning as I hadn't done monday which was my other weigh day....as I weigh Friday and Monday ;) so I'm good all weekend ~lol~

Got on the scales and they are now reading 232.4 :D :party0049: that's a -9.6lbs loss since I started this 3 weeks ago woohoooooo SO pleased that its working again. It makes me feel much better about getting to goal and fitting my dress for the wedding!

Thanks welshtigger :) I was really pleased as that even included having to grab 2 special k bars to make up lunch yesterday lol ... but thank goodness for MFP barcode scanner as that saved the day! x x x

I'm majorly impressed I have to admit and I'm getting out on the bike daily near enough :)

Next stop Tour de France hun! x

Shivie if they make arm chair saddles then count me in ;) lol x x x

They are sadists with those saddles seriously???? Although would want more protective clothing lol x x x

Well novelty time for me...First dog has cancelled for today so instead of sitting about I'm planning where I'm going to cycle! where abouts I'm going to go lol

Who'd of thought it ...definitely not me that's for sure. But I'm actually enjoying getting out on my bike. I use to love it when I was a kid...its like going back to being a kid again just riding round aimlessly and seeing where you end up :)

Realised that my body needs me to drink at least 5 bottles of water to keep it ticking over nicely...that's with additional teas and cold drinks as well. The same on the scales this morning but hopefully inches will be going as well, that was the best feeling yesterday seeing the tape measure read a lower number as well.

Although the best bit had to be when my 7yr old saw me dressed and said ... Mummy that top looks like a tent on you now :D wouldn't mind but it was only that the top wasn't stuck on my tummy ...it just fell down from my boobs lol x x x

Just used the running bug to plot a route for cycling this morning ....then realised what I'd done ...omg ...I've turned into a person who dare I say it ....enjoys exercising :eek::eek: how on earth???? x x x

Wouldn't of gotten half way here without the support I've had on this journey. I am loving that I'm getting back to exercising and getting a boost from losing again. Half the battle is internal, its not just my body that is changing its my way of thinking about things that's changing.

Perfect example was last night ...I SO wanted some peanuts...so I decided to use the scanner bit of MFP to see what cals they were and if they weren't too bad I was going to have some. I looked and for 100 measley grams it was something stupid like 628cals!! that was more than I'd exercised so they were off the menu and I ended up having coke zero instead and running a bath :)

Whereas before I'd of been in them before you could blink and then regretted having them :( . At least now I'm looking before I munch ~lol~

I'm going out Friday with my OH so can't wait for that as I've got an outfit on order, and for a change its a fitted outfit. If I think I'm alright in it I'll put up some pics of it :) x x x

Good call Lea! MFP is like having a personal dietician who's always on hand!

Shivie...oh so true it's fab :0)) x x x

Great foot and leg swollen :( no biking for me for a few days by order of da OH humpfs. This is beyond funny now x x x
