Getting to goal :)

Realising since starting this journey I've actually lost 2stone 3lbs :D the tracker I've got is from dress collection date to now ;)

I am gonna get outta the 16's bracket soon....and the 15's are calling. Once I've gotten past 15st 10lbs I'll be lighter than I've been in the past 5yrs!! Feeling kinda smug and satisfied with my efforts again. I did lose complete track at one point but after yesterdays comments from my family I'm feeling much better, as my mum said even when I was 15st 10lbs I wasn't as slim as I am now. I looked back at the pictures I realised that all the work is finally paying off :D x x x

SO true babe... Thats whats going on with me!!! I'm 5lb heavier than i got down to (Lowest 191) but I'm so much smaller....

This exercise lark is amazing!!! Gonna send you a link on FB its amazing for fitness stuff!!!

You can do this :) 15:10 is my lowest weight in about 15/17 years, so that's my initial goal in my head-I've got 51.5lbs to go-hoping to get there by end of September which is 15 weeks-fingers crossed x

Well that's cheered me up this morning :) got on the scales and even with my TOTM turning up dramatically yesterday :( I'm still the same weight as I was yesterday!

I normally gain a good 3 - 4lbs when I'm on anyways and always use to that being water weight. So even with having food yesterday after the funeral I've managed to be sensible enough with my choices and the amount I had.

It's a huge thing for me to realise that I can manage to be sensible with choices when out even when I'm on the TFR plan, it does give me hope that when I am back to eating properly that I could keep the weight off. I am going to give myself a safety 7lbs....meaning I'm going to try and get 7lbs lower than goal and that way I'll have a few lbs to play with at a time.

I can't believe I'm actually thinking about how to eat when off plan. I am nowhere near my goal or even my wedding goal yet! But naturally my brain is thinking about that and planning how I can do it without gaining! I am considering having a month of adding in 1 meal a day and gradually bring food back in that way.

Doing it slowly will mean that I can monitor easier what things affect my weight x x x
 
Exercise for me is key as it keeps me from snacking or gaining!

Making time for me was key x x x
 
Why is it when I'm on a roll with this blooming diet TOTM ALWAYS shows up Gggrrrrrr blooming thing can't wait to get it sorted!

Taking the chromium tabs and they seem to be working better :) at keeping carbs and sweet cravings at bay. Wish I'd found these sooner and might have been able to stick with it for longer x x x

Ooo I fond the supplements really help, but for some reason u stopped taking them, I must get some more!

Worst part of diet is TOM Argghgghhg!! All the time, least you know a woosh will come when its over

Cheers honey ...so pleased I'm keeping on track :) loving the exercise which is weird for me lol get huffy if I can't or haven't done what I wanted or planned to do.

I've sent my mum with the packets to Spain with her as they are going down now by car. So even when I'm out there I will be able to have the meals so can lose whilst away ;) x x x
 
I seem to have 1 with the bloating a month!!!!! And one with the rage!!!!! Lol....... This one just gone was bloat so give me a week or so and the rage will be in full flight!!!!!!!!!!

I can relate totally to those ;) lol but come the 13th Sept hopefully that should stop for me :D

They originally gave me the 23rd August as op date but 6 days before the wedding not that bad! But declined just incase lol x x x
 
Did some boxing with OH last night it was fun but hard work ;)
Note to self skipping wasn't a good idea :( foot ouchie again but I can still do it lol ;)

Need to get out on the bike today :) as that seems to work for me and doesn't cause aches or pains lol. Still on so avoiding the scales for now hope tomorrow I can WI and do measurements :) but we will see x x x
