Looked back at what I started LT weighing and I use to be 262lbs that's a whopping 34lbs I've lost so far :D its strange thinking I've lost so much from the beginning but my tracker is only showing what I've lost on the S&S stuff as I was getting disheartend with keep losing the same stone for a while.

I think the migraine I've got today is dehydration and me fighting off a bug, as today I'm really bloated even tho I'm not on now. Have had to take the tablets for my labrynthitis as now I'm up I'm feeling dizzy. So today is defo a rest day for me :( don't like having to rest but I'm not silly to try pushing when my body is obviously struggling.

Iv lost 30lbs with today's loss but iv messed. About could have done so much better I'm hoping now to get under 13 stone quickly but I have the weekend off next week for the races so I'm dreading putting lbs on but I guess I will enjoy my self but I will feel guilty for that .....

I then have 5 weeks to me going on holiday only to the seaside with friends so I'm hoping to be under 13 by then .... Fingers crossed xxx
 
Becca...its mental to think how much we've lost ;) but fantastic at the same time. I've found that I'm now getting addicted to the numbers moving again which is always a great motivator for me.

I have scale hopped this morning and even tho yesterday I had 2 pieces of ginger bread to stop the sickey feeling the scales are still being nice to me....I won't update the weight today as Friday is my official WI day so don't wanna update until then ;)

I will also do inches as well as I'm sure they will have had a bit of a move about, even if its only my tummy ones which were up slightly with the bloating I had whilst I was on.

Although I'm not feeling overly sparkley this morning I am still really excited about losing weight, as long as I can keep the excitement going I know I can do really well with this plan. Its SO much easier than LT ever was, although I have a few LT products still to use but I've mixed those in with the products I've bought from S&S to mean I've got 45 days worth of stuff before I need to re-order ;) x x x

Its better than it was..... SO long walk with the pups.... then home and hot bath and relax!!!

Hopefully be ok tomorrow.... if not going to have to find a physio!!!

Decided that my foot hurts anyway so sod it...did a work out DVD and went cycling with small when she finished school and I feel wrecked lol but much better for doing that rather than having the bar of choc I wanted instead lol x x x
 
I'm loving the new me ...I'm managing to keep up with the work out dvd even tho I've got to be really careful with my foot. So I work with doing cycling for about 30mins and then a work out dvd for about 30mins ;) its not too much time wise but it is really helping the weight shift. Before when I lost the 3st on LT I was doing the work out dvd 3 times a week...so I'm trying to get back into doing the dvd at least 3 times a week.

I am really pleased about having the excitement back which is always the biggest motivator with me. Seeing the scales moving and going in the right direction is keeping me firmly on track ;)

Glad your ok it is crazy to think that we have lost but iv gained with the blip & I have Saturday off as I'm going to the races feel like this week is a flop do far .......

I may do refeed until Saturday then back on it Monday , even considered slimming world or ww but I don't know :/

What DVD you doing? I keep meaning to get back into my 30 days shred but the week on/week off nightshifts kinda scuppering that!
 
Lexie...I'm doing Rebecca Wheatley's DVD it's not too bad doing it but it gets the results I want/need.

Becca...I had SO many blips just look back at my diary to see! But I gave myself a week off didn't refeed or follow any plan but I was careful about cals still. Then I've come back with a vengeance!

I found giving myself time off was what I needed then I managed a great first week back and have been fine since x x x
 
Slightly miffed ...back from docs as heal was no better :( still swollen and painful. He says I've ruptured the plantar muscle so yet more anti inflams and painkillers :( and no weight bearing exercise for 3 weeks :( the man clearly does understand I have a wedding to slim down for! But I can keep doing cycling :D so gonna up what I do with that and hope to keep up my good losses x x x
 
Yup taking anti inflams and painkillers. Have done 2 30mins bike rides so feel as if I'm doing something rather than nothing :) I've gotten use to exercising x x x
 
Thanks for the well wishes ladies. Really miffed off about my foot but I'll be damned if I'm going to let it stop me doing exercise. I'll just modify what I've been doing and cycling the doc said I could do :)

I also need to up my water intake :( as I let that slip yesterday. Friday will be the tell tail of how the change will affect things.

I am feeling alright about the diet and still keeping on with it 100% :) so I should lose something at least x x x
