Sorry Shivie .... Blaming the heat here totally and also the fact I'm using my phone to view stuff.
I've managed to get another hours swimming this afternoon so I'm very under my cals for today and can't wait to see my results when I get back on Friday morning x x x

Lol ladies I will try and bring the weather back with me and it can stay for all of August
I'm finding that i'm getting confused ...I did loads of exercise yesterday but didn't drop as much weight as when I hadn't done as much on holiday. Having a bit more of a chill day today to see what difference it makes I will work out the balance I need to keep losing lol.
Shivie...it's the first time I've been away and couldn't wait to get back on my scales I can tell you lol x x x

Haven't done as much today as wanted to take it easier it is my last day of hols
I have kinda treated this week like boot camp and really gone for it, once I'm back I wont be able to do as much with work and everything I've got going on. Only 29days till the wedding now so gonna try and give it my all until then and perhaps ease up after a bit for a couple of weeks then it's op time so will have to take it easy for a while x x x

Both RebekahR I don't do well with anaesthetics tho so bit nervy. Also I get sever pain after a blooming smear so not looking forward to that.
Well ladies it's my last day out here and making my way home today it's been lovely but I'll be glad to get home and do the count down to the wedding x x x

Well tickers and weights have been adjusted I can say I'm 14st 12lbs as of this morning 
as you can tell I'm just a bit excited about it This is the LOWEST i've been in YEARS!!!! And I've got just under 4 weeks until the wedding so REALLY gonna give it some welly and see what I can get to.
