Just back from an hour's work out at the gym.. I wanted to do more, but I had to get back to work! With the time I had, I did:
3 miles on the bike
2.5 miles on the treadmill (Uphill, may I add... Level 6 :D )
1241 metres on the rowing machine...

I'd never used a rowing machine before, HOLY MOLY, you get a really good workout!!

I'm booked in to get a personal exercise plan tomorrow, so hopefully all will go well....

Feeling really pleased, I know it's only early days yet but it's worth a try :)

wow nice one sounds like you was the original bionic women at your workout! I tried a rowing machine once... couldn't get my feet in the straps haha... one step at a time ;) -

Wow personal excercise plan sounds cool, bet you're excited, gl! look forward to reading how it goes :)

Got my exercise plan yesterday.... It begins with a warm up... ON THE CROSS TRAINER!!!!

After the cross trainer, it's a lot of resistance training, weights etc, and I'm too short to reach one of the machines.... HAHA how sad!!!

Then after the resistance training comes the cardio, stepping machine, rowing machine, bike and lastly the treadmill. ABSOLUTELY HATING THE STEPPER, it's horrible :( I could only do 2 and a half mins on it!!

Didn't want to go to the gym at ALL today, but forced myself to do it, and once I got there, I was really glad I went...

Things are looking up :D x
