Just doing it this time
Didn't make 10.13 on my birthday ! (last week) - was disappointed with 11/1.5 - so ONLY 2.5lb's off but feel that I've been that forever.......................impatient me.
Sunday again. Very hectic. have had:
mullerlight. (F)
apple (F)
2 bread (heb x 2)
2 thin crisps = 2 syns.
morrisons potato snacks 5 syns.
beef & tomatoe (F)
mullerlight. (F) but classing it as 2 syns as already had a mullerlight earlier.
cream cheese triangle = hea with milk in teas today.
planning pork chop done in soy and garlic and salad and dressing: 3 syns
12 syns for the day.
Been doing lots more walking - and dog walking and mini trampolining -
I WANT TO BE 10.13 ON TUESDAY NIGHT WEIGH IN - I WAS 11 STONES - 11-1 THIS MORNING.
