Gone a bit quiet
I make my galette as blinis or drop scones, adding a bit more milk or water to make them spread on the pan, cos they don't break when you turn them and you get lots of little ones so feel you are eating lots. Today I made the first half plain to go with meat, then added to the rest of the mix sweetener, ginger powder (1 flat teaspoon) and a few drops of Dukan orange flavouring. Cooked as usual and got four about 6cms across. With yogurt flavoured with sweetener and more orange drops, they were really nice and portable too so I had them for lunch. You could put vanilla in the yog if no orange.
