Back on the band wagon!! I'm going to have my first weigh in on Thursday woop!

Extra easy day

Hex A: 350ml skimmed milk
Hex B: 42g All Bran
Syns: 18.5
Exercise: Just under a 2 mile brisk walk with buggy

Breakfast: All Bran with milk and chopped banana, coffee with sweetener and milk

Pre Nursery run brunch: Fried egg on toast (3 syns for 1 piece of 400g Warburtons wholemeal) with ketchup (1 syn) plus 2 bananas and another coffee with sweetener and milk.

Lunch: Last nights left over curry (1.5 syns) with salad (lettuce, cucumber, spring onions, peppers, carrot) and extra light salad cream (1 syn) Shape delight 0% strawberry and an eton mess (3 syns) Very hungry today lol!!

Shall update with dinner later on :)

Dinner: Veg and bacon pie made with bacon, ham, eggs, parsley, mashed potato, low fat cottage cheese with onion and chive, green beans, carrots, courgettes, sweetcorn, red pepper, petit pois and brocolli - yummy! Shape delight 0% strawberry and then a ripple (9 syns) rather naughty but so worth it :D shall have very few syns over the next few days to make up for it x

Green Day!!

Hex A: 350ml skimmed milk
Hex B: 42g of All Bran
Hex B: x2 Alpen Lights
Syns: 1.5
Exercise: 4 mile walk with buggy

Breakfast: All Bran with milk (Hex A) and a chopped banana, coffee with sweetener and milk (Hex A) and an apple

Lunch: baked potato with egg mayo (1 syn) and salad (lettuce, cucumber & 1 hard boiled egg) shape delight 0% (0.5)

Dinner: Spicy bean casserole & rice

I was supposed to have beef (hex b) with my spicy bean casserole but I seriously over cooked it - gutted!! Had a really good day today :D going to try doing my 30 min cardio, stretch & tone DVD in the morning on top of another 4 mile walk x

Wednesday September 14th

Green Day

Hex B: 1 slice of wholemeal & 1 alpen light
Syns: 9
Exercise: 2 mile walk

Breakfast: Weeabix (Hex B) with milk (Hex A) and sweetener, coffee with milk (Hex A) and sweetener

Brunch: Poached egg on toast (Hex B) with ketchup (1 syn) 2 bananas

Lunch: pasta n sauce (1 syn) shape delight 0% (0.5 syns) magic stars (3.5 syns) alpen light

Dinner: spag Bol (quorn) and an alpen light (3 syns)

Oh dear!! Yesterday went downhill big time...I did lose 1lb though! Back on track today, won't beat myself up too much! Bad chocolate lol x
