Go Lower

hi, crikey its been a while since I visited the forums....well, I finished my twelve week go lower plan...lost a stone in weight so feel I did okay, but wished it could have been more. i am trying to follow it but finding the carbs creeping back in. i have maintained so far since March but need to lose another stone. i cant afford another £800 or thereabouts so I am going to have to try harder and follow the principles more closely.

Yes, the chocolate raspberries were nice?. i also liked the chocolate brazils. the main meals are nice but I dont think anyone padticularly liked the stilton n broccoli soup!

Good luck with it. The first week is the hardest but once youre past that its brilliant and I would definitely recommend it. one or two people said they didnt get much support but my mentor Suzy always kept in touch to see how I was getting on and to offer advice.

I wish I could go through it all again as I feel I need a more stringent and controlled approach.

Let us know how you get on....remember to drink plenty of water as this is key.
