What's your go to snack food when you are feeling hungry?
I'm mostly hitting the fruit bowl at the moment but after 4 weeks on SW diet I am getting a bit fed up of apples and bananas :D
 
I buy ready made fruit salads. .. They are a bit expensive but nice to just grab and snack on instead of just a piece of fruit
 
Fruit is my go-to as well. I spend a fortune on grapes!
 
Hovis nimble toast with 15g philidephia light - maybe some cucumber or pepper on top. 3.5 syns or 1 syn and 1/2 a HEXb

or toast and banana - similar but only 2.5 syns or 1/2 a HEXb

or free yoghurt (used to have Weight watchers or muller light - now I have fruit and fat free natural)

or left over sw friendly curry or chilli or bolognaise or stir fry from the fridge!

I don't find fruit filling and if I am just grazing I go for celery or tomatoes as they are less calorie dense
 
Sw quiche! I pack it with veg so I can just nibble on it straight from the fridge without having to worry about the 1/3 superfree xx
