going shopping

am planning on joining on monday ( no saturday class near me:sigh so am going shopping today.
have done sw in past so know basics but what ryvita is classed as he or any other crispbreads?
also which crisps ( i know shouldnt be asking, but if i cant have them then will pig out!!) are lower in syns for a snack ie quaver or skips.
are there any soups eg cup a soup, or pasta that is cup friendly, free or low syns?

Asda cheese curls, french fries and skips are the ones I stick to as they are low in syns
