Going Slimming World Shopping....Help!!!

2moro is the only day I will get a chance to go shopping and my SW meeting is on tuesday so I havent a clue what to buy...
I dont eat meat so i will be having mostly green days, im not a fussy eater so theres no much I dont like, so what should I look at buying?? For breakfast i need food i can take on the bus with me and preferably quick dinners as i get home quite late at night

Mug shots are good, so are Batchelors pasta n sauce. Couscous, pasta rice home made vegetable soup. Also have a look at the recipe pages there are some great ideas on there.

ahhh brill thanks, trouble is i forgot to mention I cant eat wheat so i cant have noodles :( but i can have rice!! :D
