B - 2 weetabix // 2 x bread

Breakfast - Weetabix with milk, tea.
Lunch - Baked potato, cheese and salad
Dinner - Baked beans, 'fried' eggs and 2 slices of bread

I can't believe he's nearly one! Where does the time go? Elise is going to be 3 in January and I just can't understand how she can be so big already :cry:

Thanks - I'm going with my Mum and Fenn so hoping us all doing it together will help keep us motivated - and yeah we're planning on staying for group as much as possible.

Elise is turning into a little lady :) Jenna is four in December too then starting school! How are the boys getting on?

Haha, little madame more like! So she starts in August next year? That's scary too!
The boys are great, just had their interim reports and parents nights at school and they were excellent - very proud of both of them.

Green day yesterday and EE easy day today, was craving some spag bol so ive had that and got enough left over for a chilli for tomorrows dinner. Back to red :) will update food diary tomorrow x

Saturday 12th November (red)
A - 250ml milk

B - 1 WM pitta

B - Bacon, french toast, eggs. Yog and a coffee
L - Grilled chicken salad
D - Chicken curry, cauliflower and wm pitta bread

Syns - 5.5 kitkat
Weekly syns - 94.5/100

Going to bed with a kitkat and some fruit. Sore tummy :(

Going to college, assessments then staying at my grans for 2 nights for childcare cause OH is working, doh! Granny is keeping me on plan, bless her.

Morning WI this week because of above, 1.5lbs off! Just 3.5lbs off from my 3 stone for Christmas target :)

Going to see twilight tomorrow with OH saving some syns for popcorn! Core wk1 done too x
