Going to be slim for christmas and then on

Well gone back to class tonight - Weight on but its coming back off

So diary for tomorrow

Breakfast - Oats so simple original (made with milk HEA) & sweetner, pos a banana. (5 syns)

Dinner - Wholemeal rice, onion, garlic, bacon (all fat removed) sweetcorn, egg, peppers, soy sauce & worcestershire sauce.

Tea - Lean mince beef, tomatoes, mixed beans, baked beans, chilli powder, peppers with pasta

Snacks -
2 x alpen light bars (HEB) with quark and options highlight (chocolate brownie 3syns)
Fat free yoghurt & fruit

Diary for Friday …..

Breakfast - Oats so simple original (made with milk HEA) & sweetner..

Dinner – Cheese pasty (was order before I started diet)
(22 syns, oh dear)

Tea – Chicken wrapped in bacon (all fat removed) with potatoes and veg

Snacks -
Fat free yoghurt & fruit
2 x alpen light bars (HEB)

Syns – 15 & 7 that were banked from yesterday (just enough phew)

Diary for Saturday …..

Breakfast – nothing over slept and waited till dinner

Dinner – pasta with ham and lighter choice cottage cheese with onion and herbs

Tea – fish pie (can freeze for 1 month and its FREE)
198g/7oz salmon fillet
198g/7oz thick cod and haddock fillet
salt and freshly ground black pepper
454g/1lb broccoli/veg
397g/14oz cherry tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1 egg
1 tsp mustard
4 tbsp each freshly chopped dill and chives
2 x 200g pots fat-free natural fromage frais
potatoes for mash using 71g phili light to mix (HEA)

Supper - Oats so simple original made with water and sweetener

Snacks -
Fat free yoghurt
lemon light cake and custard - 12 syns

Right not feeling great tonight so im thinking tea may just be 2 slices of toast HEB and use the milk in my oats so i get my HEA in.

Will move fish pie to tom dinner :)


UPDATE - By the time fish pie was ready i was feeling better and had some for tea, this means i still need to use my HEB yet.

Breakfast – Oats so simple original made with water and sweetener

Dinner – fish pie (can freeze for 1 month and it’s FREE)

Tea – At mum’s
Cheese pie :cry: new potatoes and veg.
Due to being out for tea I had a small piece on cheese pie and am going to use my HEA as some of the cheese allowance, as for the rest I filled up on pots and veg.

Snacks -
Fat free yoghurt

Syns – I am going to use full day allowance for the small slice of cheese pie – 15 just incase

Wednesday

Breakfast - 2 x weetabix (HEB) with some of HEA milk and fruit.

Dinner - Savoury Rice and chicken
Yoghurt

Tea - Pork, new pots/mash, carrots and sweetcorn. Mustard sauce made with Onion, garlic, mustard and Dr Oetker, Onken Natural Fat Free Bio Yogurt

Supper - syn free quiche - ham bottom, eggs, low fat cottage cheese, tom, bacon and onion

Breakfast - 2 x weetabix (HEB) with some of HEA milk.

Dinner - syn free quiche - ham bottom, eggs, low fat cottage cheese, tom, bacon and onion with cous cous
