Going to India mid March 2009..How much could I lose ?

Am 44 Male... 6ft 1 inch 18st 9lbs

If I was very strict how much could I get down to by 14th March 2009?

Is 13st an impossibility ?

It depends how you are going to lose it. A VLCD is supposed to be a stone a month so that could be at least 5 stones off.

Without knowing which diet youre following its impossible to predict how much you could lose, if its a VLCD then its absolutely possible

Hiya, What part of India are ya going to? I am heading to goa for my honeymoon as part of a month island hopping. On your weight loss goal, its really hard to predict how much weight ya are going to lose, I am currently on the lt diet and aiming for at least 5 stone. Hope this helps. take care
