    Hello everyone well ive had a good 8 months but have been struggling for the past 4 weeks...Ive decided to start a new diary starting from yesterday and leading upto xmas

    Lunch
    jacket potato with beans and marg 2 syns, salad cream 3 syns

    Dinner
    beef grill steak 2 syns, chips, beans, bbq sauce 2 syns pitta hexb little bit of cheese 3 syns

    Snacks
    2 yogurts

    1 shortbread biscuit 5 syns

    well i have been following the diet 75/100 this week but have been 100% for the past 2 days weigh in tomorrow i need 1 lb off at least and 2lb next week

    Ive decided to cut all meat from my diet so will just be doing green days from now on

    will be making quorn lasagne
    quorn chilli
    various pasta dishes
    quorn chicken curry

    and will pick one for tea :) and have the rest for dinners over the week :)

    lunch will be egg and mushroom omlette in a pitta x 2 hexb x 2 mayo 2 syns ketchup 1 syn

    quorn chilli, uncle bens rice 3.5 syns
