What changes are you going to make in 2012 (anything inc weight)


1. Not be so hard on myself
2. Not stress about things I can't control
3. Continue to write my book
4. Not eat late at night
5. Stop fighting other peoples battles
 
mine is to -

take it ONE step at a time and stop focusing on the TOTAL amount of weight I've to lose! I succeed much better when I take it week by week....
