Goodbye belly

So i'm on my first day of slimming world !

I feel like i've had a good day, but if i've got any mistakes please help :D
I'm on a EE

Breakfast
2 brown slices from a 400g loaf [HEX B]
poached eggs
baked beans

Lunch
Pasta with quorn chicken pieces and salad

Dinner
Salmon
Basmati Rice
Carrots
Peas
Brocolli

Skimmed milk in my tea [HEX A]
7 rich tea fingers = 7 syns

I feel like it's a good day !
And i'm not hungry at all :)
we'll see how the rest of the week goes :D
 
day 1:how much milk did you have all together in your tea? you need 350ml skimmed milk to make it hex A..apart from that its looking great well done :)
