Afternoon all.....

Just wanted to say that I have reached goal and more! Very happy. Have decided to set myself a mini challenge for my holiday at the end of July as I still seem to be loosing.

Things were slow the past couple of weeks but since finishing the antibiotics that I was on things picked right up again.

I am going to try and post some pictures to my album but having difficulty trying to find before pictures.....I am very good at hiding from the camera!

If you do 'what it says on the tin' this diet works so very well x
