I've picked up a light cold ( either that or just reacting to my flu jab) and I am for the first time since my first week on this diet absolutely RAVENOUS ! You know that feeling you get when you have a cold and just end up first of all not wanting to eat and then suddenly being unbelievably hungry.
I'm not going to cave after coming so far on the diet, but my word it is tough going right now - and I don't even think an entire bottle of fizzy water would take the edge off this !
