Hi All,

I'm new to Exante (started last Monday, lost 8.5 lbs so far) but did LL 6 years ago and lost 4.5 stones in just 3 months. Unfortunately (for my weight anyway) just as I finished LL and before I started maintenance I met my husband, started dating - romantic dinners and drinkies! - moved to Spain - lots of expat socialising - and here I am with almost all the weight back on! Grrr!!!!

So, needing to get back on track I did my research and found Exante and ordered my packs. Whilst waiting for my packs I went to a local charity 'do' and won an extreme makeover (3 months worth of life coaching, style guidance and body pampering - all free) which will be rounded off on the 10th December with a dinner dance in my honour unveiling the 'new me' - O M G ...

I am grateful and know I'm really lucky to win such a thing but I'm also quite terrified and don't want to let down any of the great people that are helping me to this goal.

So wish me luck ladies and gentlemen, cos if I don't succeed with Exante am I gonna look stoopid or what?

Sounds incredible! 10th December is my goal day too... my birthday! Want to look HOT in all the pics etc! We can do this! What amazing motivation... and remember... you've done this before, you know it works... so put your chatterbox in a shoebox, bury it, and get on with it
