Gravy - Dinner is cooking ??!!?!!?!

    Im confused!!! :confused: does anyone know the definitive syn value for gravy (Bisto favourite) made up to half a pint.

    I use this to cook my quorn fillets in so they arent dry and then use whats left in the bottom of the dish for the rest of my dinner....

    I think I might have gone over my sins as I've seen various calculations for gravy :confused:

    Help please!!!!

    Ok, I've looked in my book as the website is confusing me, and it looks like a total of 5 syns... which means no yorkie puds for me cause of the other syns I have had today :( xxx
