Oh my flipping goodness...I haven't stopped eating since Thursday!

I've just been picking, grazing, munching and pecking at food all weekend. I've had sweet cravings, which I don't usually get, and the whole constant eating thing is just horrible!

In the main I've been on plan with it, but I don't understand where this has come from. An attack of my boredom eating perhaps (certainly that was an influence when I worked from home on Friday!)

I am not up the duff!

I really, really hope I've not sabotaged myself for this week.

I don't know what's wrong with me :(

Are you near your TOTM, that could have started your munchies, at least you have managed to stay on the plan, so you were in control so well done for that.

I find cooler weather makes me want to eat more also... and we've gone from that really warm spell to it being quite chilly again.

Try brushing your teeth if you want to stop munching. It works for me!

If it's been free foods or you've kept within your syns, don't stress yourself. I understand though I really am pacman!! (or pacgirl)

Actually I had the munchies last week. Think it's the weather and boredom too. So long as you've stayed mainly in plan i'm sure you'll not have put on, maybe a STS won't be a bad result result and then you can blitz it next week? Could be a star week coming too?
