stir fry with some pork, mushrooms and onions and soy sauce and serve with noodles,
roast in oven?

Not sure if this is any help. I buy big bags of peppers when I do my shopping then slice them and freeze them, do the same with onions and mushrooms makes life a lot easier to just put my hand if freezer and get out just what I need and no waste.

Somtimes when I get the urge to nibble I will take some out of the freezer to nibble on. Makes a handy snack and its free
