I drank loads of coffee yesterday and not alot of water, when I jumped on my scales this morning I have put on 1lb!!! Could this be water retention?

Gulging back pints of water today
 
Yes coffee dehydrate the body just make sure you drink loads today, you will be fine, if you have not ruin the diet there is not possible to gain.
 
Thanks, whoops vodka tonight but not carbs so shld be ok

Drinking alcohol when youre in ketosis is dangerous. Dont risk it
