Grrrr.....really annoyed!!

I am so annoyed!! I am currently "at target". I have has two people currently in the middle of their slimming world journey say that " you don't need to loose anymore".

1. It's my decision of how much I choose to loose.
2. You have no right to criticise my weight.
3. According to SW guidelines, I could choose to loose another 2.5 stone and still be within a healthy BMI.

This really frustrates me. I would never tell a fellow slimmer that they should loose more or less than what they decide(unless qualified to do so)!!!

Has anyone else had this happen?x

I understand your frustration to a degree but if you're at target then I assume that you have decided that you don't need or want to lose any more weight either?

I'd take it as a compliment that others think I look good. Perhaps they were trying to be supportive of you now you've reached target by saying you don't need to lose more.

Personally I'd see this as more of a positive than a negative.

Gotta agree with the above. Take it as a compliment!

If you're at target, then you must not want to lose any more weight, right? Then they are just agreeing with you - you don't need to lose anymore weight, because you're at target, and most probably look fantastic!
