Gym help please

Right, I am doing this cycle challenge in Vietnam at the end of October. I have bought a bike, and today I have joined a gym. I am currently 23stone ish and seriously unfit!!!

Now...am I going to manage the gym on sole source? Should I sole source plus on gym days? Or do I need to go up a plan, at least initially?

I`m afraid I don`t know the official answer, But personally, I would up my plan on the days that I exercise or maybe just generally up your plan as you`re going to be doing a lot more exercise?
