    Hiya :)

    Pretty much every lunch hour i goto the gym (Used to go alot but then stopped dieting... and gained the weight and felt as if i had no energy...)

    I'm going to do a 45 minute RPM class twice a week and maybe a Body Pump class after work once a week.
    When i'm on the gym floor i only really use the cross trainer for aound 25 minutes, i desperatly want to tone and wonder what people recommend me to use?

    Speak to someone at the Gym and ask them to do a plan for you. Then you can do a circuit every time you go in. The rower is my favourite!
