Thanks for all the replies, it really does help to know that you're all out there with the same hunger pangs, the same feelings, the same magnet drawing me to the kitchen!

I've just been out for an hours walk, nothing too energetic but certainly brought some colour to my cheeks, thats got to be a good thing hasn't it?

I've had some of the boulion Frejja, my CDC said that I could only have one teaspoon a day, is that what you do? I could drink loads of it, because I dont like the soups (vegetarian to boot which doesnt help as people tell me the chicken one is lovely) its a real savory treat........can you ever imagine before this diet thinking boulion is a treat? How things change in such a short space of time eh?

Hi Blue, I'm veggie too! I had 2 teaspoons a day of Veg bouillon and I was fine, stayed in ketosis! I don't like the soups either but the chilli one is great made as a poppadom!
