Had a good first day!

Really enjoyed my day yesterday on the plan, wasnt hungry all, really hope i get on well with the plan and the scales drop soon for me (heres hoping!).

Breakfast
oats so simple:7 syns

Lunch
Baked potatoe, baked beans. cheese (ha).

Snack
weetabix (HB) green milk (HA)

Tea
Roast potatoes, roasted vegetables,chicken (HB)

Is that ok?

Yep that's okay though I'd prolly say add some yoghurt and fruit in too, as long as you're feeling full though you're alright!

Probably have more free food for breakfast but that's just my preference really, I prefer to leave my syns for later on in the day 'cause I like biscuits lol

well don on your first day i am doing well on the diet and feeling good to,very full,each day i go to bed i feel so full and bloated,but the scales are looking good for me :)
