Had a wobble... now I'm back!

Hi All,

I've just had 2wks off.... couldn't be bothered, it was easter, had my daughter off etc.... started again on Wednesday so please please give me a massive boot up the bum! xx

I tried not to have "time off" but dang it was hard and I've just about managed to stay the same as last week - no progress this week, so come on girl, this is kick ass tough love time, forget that it's friday, treat today like the first day and remember you have already made some progress, so you can do it and continue to build on it

I had nearly two weeks off too, due to my birthday but amazingly stayed the same! as i have since january pretty much i'll give you a boot up the bum if you return the favour good luck hun xx
