Had my 2nd weigh in today

    and i stayed the same which i thought i might do, it was the carbs!

    she said i had lost 1% and it wasnt worth mentioning but i am shocked i didnt put on to be honest.

    well i am focused today so bring on the banana bliss's and soups!

    Not too much damage done then louisa and the point is that you KNOW where things went wrong.

    How much worse it is when you stick to a diet 100% and STILL stay the same .... that happened to me countless times on conventional diets!

    A new week ahead - slate wiped clean and a renewed determination will see a fab result on the scales next week! :D

    bet you lose about 6 lbs next week louisa - and 1% is 1% less than what you were... better luck next week - you can do it
