Sealmylips, I know it is up to you, but if you are going to do it from home, you need to ensure a quality (expensive?) set of scales and have them perfectly level on none-carpeted flooring.

Pogle, welcome back - well done on the loss for January. So often people disappear and either never come back, or come back with a large gain, so you've kept it going really well
MissP, well done on the body magic! - I've cut back as I walked 30 miles last week as well as a couple of gym sessions and although I lost 1.5lb I figured it should have been much more.
I'll continue with the gym twice a week and an afternoon walk, and ramblers stips every other Sunday, but will walk for pleasure rather than for pain!
Hopefully, my optimising itself will keep me going.
Time will tell (Wednesday night).
