To the dresses... I know it's 2 weeks away but this us my version of OCD, that coupled with general lack of 'nice' clothes & unwillingness to buy another dress for a wedding I'll probably never wear again!

I am a little crazy as I'm pretty sure the last blue one is the best one, but I'm thinking of that one for the more 'classic, traditional' wedding I've got in September....excuse the shoes with that dress, just for posture purposes!!

However, the one in two weeks is likely to be a bit more 'eclectic & funky' so I'm thinking the stripey green one....or us that too 'casual & daywear'?? I can make it look better, honest! I'm
Thinking a nice big flower! I did wear it to a wedding a couple if years ago & felt good in it....

I'm definitely thinking 1 or 3, without sounding rude the striped one is a bit too daytime wear for a wedding, it's something I'd wear to go shopping and for a bit of lunch! The other two are McFabulous, showing off your figure to its full potential! Wit Woo! X

I love love love the blue one.
It's gorge!
But if you've got another wedding to go to, use it for that and go for the first one.
The middle one does look quite casual - almost a picnic outfit.

You've got a brilliant figure and that blue one is absolutely stunning!!

i think if the wedding is funky as you say dress it is, wear the stripey one with a hair flower& do hair nice and i would get a wide belt same colour as the straps rather than the thin red one as i think it will dress it up more and show off ur figure better . For the more formal wedding def the last royal blue dress, it looks amazing on ur figure ! not too keen on first dress i don't think it does anything for your lovely figure x

The first one was one I wore last year when there was a bit more chub...I'm going accessory shopping soon so may be able to upgrade the green one!! Thanks for the comments, so brilliant having you guys here for me :) hub is 'it looks nice' for all options - helpful!!

Healthy eating for life?? Here's hoping!!

I agree with serena and Emma either 1 or 3 the middle is a bit casual for a wedding

The blue one was definitely my fave and the most figure hugging so I think save that one for the posher sept wedding. The black/blue one is nice enough, but didn't do much for me, I did think that it didn't seem to fit you as well. I actually quite like the green one but could use a nice belt with matching shoes and an accessory as Sammi says. Do the straps come off? It would look really cute strapless too!

You have a whole Gaggle of Fashion Advisors now :) Have fun with your Accessory Shopping! X

It's great! I'm totally going to do this next time I can't decide, my hubby also says I look 'fine' on whatever I show him or when I say which one do you think he just says 'both are fine' :S

Does that drive you mad?!? I know it would me! I have to ask my 5 year old daughter, she comes out with the strangest feedback lol x

Oooooh nice dresses! Firstly - you look fab in all of them but I do agree with Sammi. The first one doesn't seem to fit as well and isn't as interesting. I was going to say 2 or 3 but as you have a more formal wedding in September I definitely think the stripey one for this wedding. It is quite casual but if its quite a quirky wedding and you accessorise it i think it would definitely be suitable.

Hopes like you had a fun night, and using more weeklies then as you won't be doing tonight seems entirely reasonable. Has your friend decided whether she is deifnitely doing the race?

Heh heh, we don't go that far, the girlie would be mortified if I came out dressed in the same outfit as her :D (could be fun though! )

Edit cos I press send by accident - damn touch screens!!

Love this fashion advice, thank you all so much!!!

Accessory & potential dress shopping = total disaster. But when I got back I showered, did my hair etc & tried on stripey dress again with matching shoes, belt & little flower on my hair plus gorge vintage necklace my mum picked up for me a few years back & yes, better!! I've asked a friend who's helping with the organisation & hoping she gets back to be with regards to how casual/classic it is! Don't want to bother the bride with my choice if clothes dilemma, seems a little cheeky!!

Yep my friend is doing the run, she still thinks she won't finish, but she will, by hook or by crook!!

Food for today
B- banana, yoghurt (2pp)
L- m&s chicken sarnie, crisps, nectarine (9pp)
D- southern fried chicken, fresh pasta & veg in a lf philly sauce, a little grated Parmesan & salad (14pp) total 0% with berries & meringue (2pp)
S- apple, strawbs, curly wurly (3pp)

30/29
Weeklies used- 2, that's 30 left for celebrations tomorrow :) Last year they had an ice cream van at the event, so may have to get a '99 with a flake' ! How many pp d'ya reckon??
