Well today was the start of my fourth week and just had aloof at what I have lost
To be honest did not think I would lose much this week, with having a bit of a bad belly and starting to use the bars once a day.
But i was shocked , lost 5 lbs
So in less then four weeks I have gone from 14 stone 12 lbs to a cool 13 stone 2 lbs
thinks that is not a massive loss but i am happy with it.
Worried that it may come back on again has i have to start eating a little food for a week starting a week today for a week then back to TS
Any advice of a veggie so I can stay in Ketosis
