For the 1 st time in my life I have found the plan that works for me along with 1500 cal diet plan and I'm so happy.
i work out at the gym 3/4 times per week doing 30 mins HITT workout on the crosstrainer, then I do full body workout with weight machines.

Really glad exercise is working for you - and nothing changes the body like weights! On you HIIT programme is that based on 20 seconds all out effort then 40 secs moderate through the 30 minutes?
