Veg - most is 0pts what are you having?
Gravy - how are you making the gravy?
 
its bisto favorites gravy will be quite thin
cabbage and carrots ( i thought they were 0pnts but wasnt sure)

Started ww again last week so
weighed in this morning and have lost 3lbs. 12lbs to go until i hit my target x

Well done on your loss, thats briliant, keep up the good work, you will be at target in no time :)
 
Yesterday i was 100% good and im so proud i have my motivation mojo back :) yay even managed to save 2 points for the weekend

so today ive had so far

2 ww bagels 4 points
low fat cream cheese 1 point
4 slices thin ham 1 point
2 servings low fat marg 1 point

0.5 point soup big bowl :)

for tea im having whole pack of fresh tastes piri piri chicken(5.5)with frylight wedges(3 points)

so 16 points for food and 9 points for something sweet and a snack later on :) wooooooooooohoooooooo

I went and did zumba class and walked there and back home 40 mintes walk 45 minutes zumba,am hungry this fast starts harder than before?

hi everyone :) yesterday i ate my 9 points in malted milk biscuits i had 12 :eek: (didnt point them but thought they would be within those points) so today im having :

low fat mayo 30g-1 point

Dinner
slices of turkey -3 points
loads of free veg - 0 points
2 mini yorkshires- 2 points
tiny bit of gravy-1.5 points

Total 17.5/25 some left for a snack and save 2.5
 
right well the malted milk are 1 point each so looks like i will have to save 3 points today ( i will save 4 just to be safe)

Aww poor you. All you can do is try your best. Its so easy to go over your points.

Does anyone have any breakfast ideas that don't involve wheat/gluten??

Im trying to avoid it too its making me ill... i eat rice krispies, oat granola, porridge, or yoghurts and fruit quite a lot, have just discovered rye bread though it makes quite nice toast :)

you could be more adventurous and have bacon and eggs or an omelette... im usually in too much of a rush in the morning!!
