Monday - green day:

Breakfast: two boiled eggs, apple, yoghurt.

Snack: orange

Lunch: homemade chow mein with lots of veg

Snack: apple

Dinner: pork with pepper stew (hex b x2 for pork and oil to cook it in), rice

Syns: can of no-alcohol lager - 3.5 syns

Tues (red day - and going to pal's for lunch, yikes!)

Breakfast: two slices bread (hexB), quark, tomatoes.

Snack: orange and apple salad (off to get more fruit today!)

Lunch: some form of fish (not sure of it's English name) with sauce out of a jar. Apple. Bit of salad. Saying 4 syns for the sauce as really have no idea but there wasn't much of it.

Snack: frozen yoghurt. Yum!

Dinner: half portion of takeaway chicken chowmein - 6 syns.

Total syns for day 10. (But only one hexB used so can I count the six syns as that?)

Weds: green day

Determined to do good after yesterday's fiasco!

Coffee and tea thru'out day with HexA milk (every day)

Breakfast: beans on toast, apple

Snack: apple (buying fruit tonight!)

Lunch: jacket potato, quark, tomato.

Snack: yoghurt, cherries (lots!)

Dinner: pasta, sausage sauce (hexB for oil used, 8syns)

Total syns: 8
