Hello :) I have been a member of ww pro points since the end of may and have lost 17lbs as far...I had two holidays, and birthdays amongst this so I am pleased with my progress :D

However recently I have been finding it hard to stick to pro points as I find myself going for junk too easy!! Been reading this forum section and also my ww book and think simply filling will be good and hopefully kick start my weightloss again after a STS tonight!!

Going food shopping tomorrow and I am looking forward to having a healthy week and hopefully a loss next Tuesday :D

Xx

Good luck you 2 if you have any questions I'll be happy to help .....hope you enjoy x

Yay! More people :) good luck to you both. I'm only on day 4 myself but have really enjoyed it so far.

Lots of luck to you guys. Its my 3rd day on it and although it's hard not being able to eat certain things without using weekly points it deffo makes me feel better about what I'm eating. I love propoints but there are days when I use up say 5 points on ww bars just because I have points left. I think it helps give a healthier attitude to food in general. Xx

I agree plus I find it easier not being obsessed with weighing measuring and pointing fits in better with life xx and you can still have pointed stuff out of the 49 which is fab best of both worlds really xx

Just after having my oatso simple for breakie and going for groceries today to get some yummies :)

Thanks all fr your support :)

Xx

It's much easier bring able to cook things all in the same pan! I used to weigh out my potatoes and pasta first and cook it in a separate pan to what I used for my boyfriend's! X

Ok girls only started simply filling and had a real success as far :) my bf is sitting opposite me having a burger king!! Pic attached ha and if I was on pro points I would have def been like oh well I can point this anyway il just have one...but I have refused! Shows already I am being discouraged of eating junk food!

Good on you I'm impressed xxx

Ok so I have been shopping :) the only thing I couldnt get was a yoghurt that would apply to simply filling as I have the app I can look them up and it seems only plain natural yoghurt is free :(

Have a few activia left so I'm just going to have to point them at 3PP each to use em up!

Having chicken and mixed veg stirfry with brown rice with a dash of soy sauce for dinner yummy!!

Oh and the thing about cooking seperate will be good also as I use up so many pans when cooking meals with my pasta in one and his in another kinda thing! Ha

Well done! I love BK but I'm feeling so positive that I think I'd refuse one now.

I just walked in my house to the smell of my chilli cooking away in the slow cooker. Lush! Hardly any washing up too! ;-)

I got a packet extra lean mince. Going to use half to make a chilli and then a bolognaise sauce with other half! Tonight I'm having chicken, brown rice and veg with a dash of soy sauce yummmy!
