Morning all,
i've had a busy few days so havnt been around much. Family visiting so not been on computer much. Also had a follow up appt with my gallstones scan being clear. Doc thinks i may have cealiac (sp?) disease and this could be causing my reactions to normal food. Fingers crossed i get an answer soon.
Diet wise all going really well and have my week 5 weigh in tomorrow.
