My weigh in day is on Mondays and so far I have lost 2 stone 3.5 lbs and I've still got 2 stone 12lbs to go and NEVER filled out a diary. I think that time is now!
I have a lot of treats, (it's what keeps me sane) but I still manage to lose weight. I'm on 22 points a day. I hope this may give you some ideas. Here goes!!

Today, I have had -

Snack
150g strawberries balsamic vinegar and black pepper (0.5)

Lunch
Ham & Turkey 6 inch sub from Subway with sweet onion sauce (5)

Sauce made with 30g philly, mushrooms, onions and chicken stock (0.5)
200g potato wedges sprinkled with all purpose seasoning (2)

I've just been looking at other diaries, and I seem to eat a LOT!!!!

Thing is though, I'm losing weight so it seems to be working for me.

Just looks like I'm a greedy pig :eek:

I don't think you eat "a lot"!!! It's all about planning and getting the most for your points :D

I'm the same, lots of small snacks and sensible veggie packed meals :)

Looking forward to stealing your meal ideas :p
 
Thanks Auburn, I thought looking at other diaries I was eating a lot, but you put it SO much nicer!!

I do try and get the most out of my points, as I am what you call a 'grazer' I am constantly eating, so try and get the most out of them. I have a few low point meals, which when I make them, I will post the recipes for.

Feel free to steal the ideas/recipes. Every little idea helps x

I bought cooking apples from Tesco, peeled, cored and chopped them then weighed them on ww scales and they were 3.5 points. Once cooked, I added sweetner to taste. I split it into 7 portions so I knew each one would be 0.5 pts. They freeze well too.
I add it to yogurt, porridge and it gives you a little sweet treat.
The other night for supper, I toasted 2 slices warburtons fruit loaf with orange (3 pts) and warmed through 2 portions of apples and put on top of toast, sprinkled with cinnamon and it was delish!!
A few nights ago I toasted a pancake, spread warmed apples on top and served with a ww ice cream pot, again, delish!! x
 
Onto day 3 and I am quite enjoying this. I feel that whatever I put in my mouth I have to post on here, and this stops me from being baaad!!
If I don't post it then I'm only kidding myself and at the end of the day it's my body it's going to affect, not anyone else's.
I've done a lot of exercise over the last few days, so I'm taking a day off, my body is really feeling it.

Goodness, what a day yesterday. I got the sun, had fun but boy o boy did I eat!! I feel like I don't want to see any more food for a while :eek:
The kebab I had last night, was good at the time, but today it feels like a brick in my stomach. I feel bloated and thirsty. I think there was an awful lot of salt used in that dish though it didn't taste salty. I tend to get really thirsty after eating any type of Indian food.
Anyway, on to todays menu.

Time to bring this diary back out again!!

I've had an absence of about 7 weeks. I had an operation and was bed bound so, I was unable to cook. I had to eat what was made for me which was disasterous!! Macaroni cheese and chips was the first meal I was given when I got out of hospital. I didn't want to be ungrateful so said nothing. My mum came round and looked after me every day until hubby came home from work. Mum would make dinner and hubby just had to bung it in the oven or reheat it.
I weighed myself once I was well enough and put on 6 pounds. I have now lost it and I'm in control of the kitchen again and back on track :D
I have dropped into the next stone bracket so drop a point. Now on 21 pts a day
