Headaches

Hi Guys

On Day 2 and I have a really bad headache (i expected i would) What can I take?

I understand any pills with sugar coating are a nono any advice pls ive tried paracetamols but they're not helping much

Hi Sarah,

The first few days can be a bit uncomfortable. Personally I just used Tesco Paracetamol Caplets to ease the headaches I got

Water!!!!! If it isn't going away with paracetamol then you need more water - sorry they get better after a few days
