How many of you get a health check done whilst on CD? I'm just curious, as I have a sphygmanomometer at home (Blood pressure machine) and usually check hubby and mines Blood pressure once a week or so.

My blood pressure was 117/77 (good) and my resting pulse was 49, but I checked it manually and it was then 57 beats per minute.

Husbands was 149/79 and resting pulse 75.

I'm quite pleased with this, and its just another wee reinforcer as to why losing this weight is so important.

So so any of the rest of you get checks done?

I had various health checks along the way because I was falling to bits.

Within 2-3 months my cholesterol had halved :eek::eek:

Ive been most months mainly because the blood test threw up a problem with my liver function which is as it goes better than it was when I started.
My blood pressureis much improved also infact I think everything. Last doctor even mumbled "fine" to himself when weighing me last time which was december. They said theyll see me again in 6 months which is nice. :)
