If you are seriously into jogging/ruining then take a look at the Garmin 305 or 405! Or even 405CX which is the one I had. They both have HRM.

Couldn't have lived without mine when I lost my weight before. Got into running in a serious way, running 50+ miles a week. Has GPS built in so when you get home you can see where you have run on a map along with distance, pace, speed, calories, times etc

Has loads of functions and gadgets, might be a bit much for what you want but thought I would mention it anyway.

You can also use it for general fitness, aerobics etc because it has the HRM.

Some running based websites let you download the data straight into their website so you can view all the data online and keep a track of it too!

They do come with software to use but there is better out there if your into the running side, for general fitness the software does the job!

To some people they are quite pricey but i can definitely say well worth it, you can pick them up on eBay too but they do hold their value really well!

Here is a link to the 405, you can shop around tho.

So you can use the 405cx for cycling, aerobics etc? I have a 405 for running, but use my old polar for other exercise. Would be nice to use one watch.

Would recommend 405, fantastic for running!!!

You can use the straight 405 for cycling or any fitness related activity, cycling you need an attachment that I believe fits on your bike to get detailed data, but it would of course measure your heart rate anyway.

The 405CX is about the same as the 405 but is said to have more accurate calorie calculations,
