Hi all, hope everybody is OK :D

I got some WW wholemeal pittas today from Tescos (BOGOF), it says they are high in fibre, but my question is, how high in fibre does something have to be to be classed as a Healthy Extra?

I put them through the syn calculater and they came out at 6 syns each, might be worth it for a change, they are quite big.

If they are not listed as a healthy extra then they are not I'm afraid. healthy B's aren't just about fibre because you can have olive oil ,nuts and cheese as healthy B's on green. If you syn it you won't go wrong lol xx
