Heinz tomato soup

I have been feeling rough for a few days, and want to know how many syns there are in Heinz cream of tom soup. It's always my "feeling poorly medicine food" and I can't face anything else right now.

Cool, Thanks for getting back and letting me know. I think I will have it even tho it's over my syns because I am not eating anything else really. Will just have to see what damage it does next weigh in.

There is also a slimming world quickie tomatoe soup or something, i herd it at weigh in the other thursday, looked all over for the recipie but cant find it anywhere. Any one know it?
If not when im next at weigh in i will ask for the ingredients and recipie and let you know xx
