Hello All, another Lipotrim newbie arrives !

Well... sad to say I gained half a pound. But.... I know I ate a bit and despite my best efforts at least its a minor gain.
Back on the wagon now up til next week.
Then its refeed and undoubtedly some gain while im away.
I know this diet works if you STICK to it.. so come mid September ill be back on up til xmas.

Half a pound is next to nothing Mike. Enjoy your holiday and make healthy choices. You're right, it does work. I'm up to 10lbs off in 10 days. I've never known such success but I'm feeling very determined right now.

Best if luck xx

Thanks everyone :) its just a case of persevere isnt it x we know lipotrim works its just being disciplined enough
To give it a propper chance of major weight losses.
Has anyone given any thought as to what diet would be sustainable after the target is reached ?
Ive been hearing a lot about the 5-2 diet also known as the fasting diet where for 2 days of the week you only eat
500 calories a day... err like having 2 lipo shakes then ?
Wonder if thats an option

I have been reading about the 5-2 diet too. its a toss up between that and the atkins for me I think although I have also thought about slimming world too lol...its a mine field really

Hi guys, I was doing the 5:2 diet before Lipotrim and was maintaining happily. Only left it to get the last chunk of my weight off quickly. I'll be going back to it afterwards. Maybe 6:1 to maintain as I was losing slowly doing 5:2. My bf is also doing 6:1 to maintain.

I fell of the wagon yesterday... :-(
Fish fingers and beans, 2x bags of snakajacks and 2x caramel wafers. I don't really know why I did it. I ate it all in about 2hrs.

I've gained .4lb overnight and had been losing about a pound a day before. I guess that's my wake up call to stick with it.

Bummer.

we all have those days ...I broke yesterday too !! nust be the nice weather 3 vodka and tonics and 2 pieces of pizza ...aghhh but boy it was good hahahaha

So far... today is going better! I think that 0.4lb was a real slap in the face. I am so competitive with myself lol. I still stand to lose this week though. I am taking this as a warning to be a good girl! :innocent0002:

From now on I am going to be the epitome of good behaviour and soon I will be barely visible to the naked eye LMAO!!

Just a quick question to some of the guys and gals who have been on this a little a while.

Did anyone get a gunky phlegm when taking these shakes or is that just me?

Today I am really fed up. Not sure how much longer I can stay on this. I realise I have only been on it a month with decent results but I miss my food. I am pretty sure if I did a calorie controlled diet I could manage on 600/700 cals a day ....... this diet really does alienate you from the rest of the world I feel

Hi Redlinda, it's definitely hard but the results are drastic. Now, please don't take this the wrong way... but... if you were able to lose weight on a calorie controlled diet managing 600/700 a day, not cheating and sticking to it long term, would you be in the position to need Lipotrim in the first place?

That is not in anyway intended to upset you, it's just I've gone through the same reasoning of trying to make deals with myself to think "it's OK, there's another way". People are on Lipotrim for various reasons but often because more regular methods haven't really worked for us. Why not think about it one meal at a time, it can be very daunting otherwise. Even if you manage a couple more weeks just thinking about everything very short term, you'll have so much less to lose if you decide to tackle things via dieting with food.

I really hope you stick with it through your bad patch, you are doing so well!!! Big hugs!!! :cross:

I have never thought to diet before ... how mad is that. I have always been about 9 1/2 to 10 st and very active. I had a spinal injury which made me a coach potato so over the last few years piled it on without paying attention. That's probably my problem as I have never counted calories etc lol....I just think that in the week I am great its not a problem...its the weekends with me where I find it so damn hard. and no I don't take it the wrong way xxx need all the help I can get xx

A spinal injury will do it! It sounds like you had a good healthy attitude to food and exercise before.

Maybe just commit to a couple more weekends? Then try dieting- you'll have a massive head start. If you found dieting wasn't working you could always try Lipotrim again?

All I'd say with that is... Do as much Lipotrim as you can now as otherwise you'd be coming back near to Christmas which would be very hard lol. Maybe look at it that way... Difficult to socialise now but you'll be able to party like a wild thing in all your lovely old clothes by Christmas!!

I've found it helpful to meet my friends during the day for coffee and stuff rather than our usual boozy meals out. Plus, those with kids I've been meeting at the park.

When I'm struggling I tell myself, one more meal, one more meal and I often feel better the next morning. If the weeks are OK, you only need to be very strong two days a week.

Let me know how you get on, best of luck!! Xxxx

I've been reading about Liporim non-stop for a while trying to find a solution to actually get hold of some since I don't drive and there's none anywhere near me. Anyway after about 4 and a half hours of travelling today I finally managed to get some. The woman in the pharmacy said I can go every 2 weeks instead because it's such a big journey (so she gave me 2 weeks supply). I'm starting tomorrow...I'm totally prepared to give up food and I've never been so excited about starting something! I feel like tomorrow is the day my life will change and I really can't wait.

Sida, it's great that you have such enthusiasm- this plan has definitely been life changing for a lot of people. There are some great before and after threads.

Best of luck!

Redlinda why dont u try the maintenance say twice a day and one meal for 4 weeks then 2 meals and one maintenance for 4 weeks and see how u get on? I found maintenance great except the veg soup puke lol TFR lipo is really hard and Ive been tempted myself to nibble but its the thought of Ive only 1.5 stone to go and I wilk b healthy:)

We r all in this together:)

Well its my last weigh in tomorrow..... refeed from tuesday then camping in scotland in a weeks time think ill stick with the 5 & 2 during my month off of LT should be easy enough to do as you can eat plenty on the 5 days I was considering 2 lt shakes a day on the fasting days ? Anyway ill post my final weight tomorrow peeps xx dont worry ill be back I promise x

That's the way mate, got to have a bit of a jive :)

What's this 5-2 people are talking about? You can't really eat what you want for 5 days and do the maintenance shakes for 2 days can you?

That can't be healthy can it?
