I havent been able to get on the last couple of days! Argh!

As some may remember I was fretting about 2 work do's I had. The 1st one last night I managed about 5 spoonfulls of oven baked chicken and seasonal veg and was violently ill at 2am this morning!
Todays one I managed a Jacket Spud and glass of OJ (was my work leaving pub lunch).

I had a shake this morning and wont be having one tonight cause spud was so big. Feel really full.

Im back to SS'ing from tomorrow with no more distractions at all! Yay! I have my 1st offical WI on Sat morning and im sure I would have lost something because a jacket spud and 5 mouthfulls of food dont add up to many cals....
