Hi everyone,
This is day 1 on exante(total solutions)
so far so good.
I thought i'd come on here and try and find support.
starting weight;17st.3lb
Goal weight;8st.7lb
it's going to be a differcult start because it's my birthday on the 23rd dec and then we have christmas.so i thought i'd make a start and then go 100% from the 27th dec.Even in the mean time if i try to have 2 meal replacements and one dinner in the evening should make some difference.
I've been gaining weight since i got married 6 years ago and it has been working out to about a stone a year and i refuse to let this continue.I feel that i am constantly on a diet which consists of starving and bingeing.
I often binge at a weekend because i'll be good monday,the diet lasts 2 days and i've put on more than loss,their comes a time in your life when you have to put your cards on the table and be straight with yourself.The time has come for me,i'm ready to make changes.
If anyone has any hints or tips i'd love to here them.Any advice would be great,what is the plan for christmas are you continuing on the diet or breaking for christmas??
